Beautifully designed hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Free parking in nearby mall was a bonus. Nice restaurant (Kizuna) and cafe down the road. We stopped off here briefly on route to other parts of Crete, arriving late and leaving the next morning so didn't spend a lot of time exploring Heraklion or the local area.

All units at Orpheus include a kitchenette with fridge, stovetop and kettle, and a bathroom with shower or bathtub. Some offer views over the Aegean Sea, while other units overlook the mountains. Everything was sparkly clean, great location, amazing view, clearly a lot of effort was put into making this a quality accommodation. Had an espresso machine with some complimentary capsules, complimentary water and wine too. Also Marina downstairs was so welcoming and helpful.

All types of accommodation have en-suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, kitchenette with fridge, air-conditioning, heating, safe and colour TV. Everything was level top - from staff, villa itself and walking distance to Oia center. It’s is very comfortable and rooms are beautifully designed with natural materials like wood and stone. It looks like new and it’s very well maintained. Breakfast, pool area, rooms - great quality. Happy we decided to stay in the villa, as we had there amazing time. Staff and the owner Irini were so nice. Thank you and recommend to all!
