We all love our villa with private pool! Everything was exceptional starting from the staff, the nature and the Villa itself! The location is a bit far if you consider day trips to Labuan bajo and day trips to Komodo Island but totally worth it! I wished to stay one more day just to enjoy our villa and the surrounding village Mbeliling!

What a beautiful home - we loved waking up to the ocean and being able to cook our own meals. The kitchen is new and well-stocked. There are lots of lovely little sitting spots and the beds are really comfy. The beach out front is magnificent for rote - great for swimming and snorkelling. We’ll be back!

Amazing cottage surrounded my mountains. The perfect retreat from busy streets. Expect gorgeous sunsets, wonderful dinners from the lovely staff, great conversation with the owner and the best pool views you'll find anywhere. I had the whole place to myself and it was so peaceful. The pool is also clean and a great temperature. There are 2 cute dogs who run around the property playing all day and a friendly cat. There also a great restaurant (Bajo Banana) a short walk away. Note: the road in is very difficult for most cars so bring any snacks/supplies as it's not simple to go to the shops

Pot of gold – 30 mins drive from Riung Modern clean room with ensuite, aircon and comfy bed. But the owners are the real gems. Maria is so kind and hospitable, and her meals are plentiful and delicious. We spent a day on the beach, and she arranged fresh coconut drinks for us – no charge. John and his staff are utterly delightful and will truly make your stay here special . From advice about what to do and see in Moni, to arranging transport to your next destination , to wonderful groups meals and sharing of knowledge on customs and traditions of the region… this is a real memorable place. Best place I have stayed in Indonesia so far !
