The location in La Spezia is perfect, just right next the main street, the supermarket is steps away, 10-15 minutes walking to the train station and less to the marina. A very ample apartment, cozy and clean, beds where amazing, and not too noisy. There is a weird smell outside in the hallways of the building but you cannot feel it in the apartment.

Simone and his mother always greeted us with a welcoming smile and were ready to help out in any way possible. The breakfast was delicious, excellent cappuccino, fresh fruit and an amazing choice of pastries and homemade cakes , served on the terrace. Very clean, freshly renovated spacious apartment in a nice house. Close to the beach and literary at the entrance to the Lungomare Europa which is gorgeous. The bedding, sheets, towels, mattress, all was very clean and comfortable, sofa-bed as well. The town is cute and vibrant. There is an option for parking but we easily found a free street parking spot next to the house.
