It was clean and a lovely accommodation. The location was perfect and very close to the station. Staff were so friendly and super helpful. They even gave us a gift for our anniversary which was very kind of them. Thank you so much for everything and we will definitely be back soon!

Everything was just perfect. The house is beautiful and all the details so charming. Super clean, high-tech toilet and everything you need. Beautiful traditional Japanese house in the traditional street of Miyajima, close to everything by walking like Temples, restaurants, shopping etc.. The host is lovely and so kind. Our stay was amazing.

This was a (relatively) very large apartment-hotel style room. The beds were VERY comfortable, there was a large seating area in the kitchen, and it was closely connected to everything. The host was very responsive. We are a family of 4 - with 2 teenage boys.

Rooms were excellent, we had four people, two in dorms two in single rooms, both were great, clean & cozy. Location is unbeatable, on the beach with a gorgeous view. Price was great for all rooms.

滔々 倉敷民藝館南の宿 toutou, Mingeikan Minami no Yado ligt in Kurashiki, op 8,6 km van Mizushima Ryokuchi Fukuda Park en 10 km van Tanematsuyama Park, en biedt kamers met gratis WiFi. This place is expensive but well priced for the beauty and aesthetic detail it offers. A traditional ryokan in Hakone or in Kurashiki is possibly struggling to maintain the property and offer modern ammenities and updated food and will charge more than here for less comfort and beauty. Toutou ‘s renovation gives everything a traditional ryokan might have, in a modern comfortable way . (No dinner but great fruit / breads/ tea and facilities to bring in food provided) I would come here everytime I was in Japan . …. And I usually don’t pay more than about $75 US / $100 to $120 NZ per night per person when travelling. Stay two nights if you can. It really does deliver at this price point.
