Owner drove us to 4 1/2 hours to Santa elana nature reserve for a very reasonable price and comfortable ride. Highly recommend.

The rooms in the inn are fitted with a seating area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a kitchenette, a dining area and a private bathroom with free toiletries and a shower. Rooms have a kettle, while certain rooms are fitted with a balcony and others also boast city views. All rooms have a desk. Low key and very friendly staff, more than happy to help. We had a lot of equipment and it was no problem to store it.

Charming hotel 10 minutes walk from the central square. Spacious and nicely decorated rooms with comfortable beds. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Secure covered parking 1 block away. While presenting itself as a hotel the place also offers a small share kitchen and lounge area on the rooftop terrace that allows you to cook a meal or store food/drinks in the fridge.

Chachapoyas culture in general is amazing, really authentic Hostel experience, Horus is really adorable,AMO The kitchen, hot showers, the hosts are very helpful. It is not luxurious but It is better.

I ended up extending my stay because I enjoyed the calm of the place. It's a hotel with a couple of dorms, so even if not super social, you enjoy the cleanest room and bathroom in the city. Wifi is good, the kitchen is simple but usable, beds are comfy, and the staff is super lovely. And the terrace on top offers amazing views! You can't ask more for the price.

Nice and super clean Hostel, the Staff members are really nice and help with every inquiry you have. The reception is staffed 24/7 and they were so kind to check me in at 5 am as I arrived that early coming from Cajamarca. Really appreciate that so I could catch up on sleep. There is a Rooftop with beautiful view over the city and a kitchen to use. It's close to the plaza and a mirador.

Good kitchen facilites and clothes washing area. Very friendly host full of recomendacions and helpful advice. One day the shower light wasn't working and he fixed it super quick. Close to main plaza and within walking distance of the bus station.
