The receptionist of the apartment is very warm and friendly, and offered to give food recommendations if I need them. Clear directions were given for how to get to the apartment from the reception office, although it is very near also. Check out is also very convenient, as I just needed to deposit the apartment key into a mailbox.

Clean quiet apartment in walking distance to the old town with a view of the river. Rooftop terrace on the other building, accessed through the garage, was a bonus. Great views over the whole city. You must visit the bakery on the ground floor in the next building. 5 stars for breakfast items. There's a small supermarket and pizza place close by as well. Several lifts in the building and very secure entry.

We stayed here as a group of five families, renting five separate apartments. The buildings are fairly new and have a nice feel. However, we found them a bit under-equipped for a comfortable stay, and they could have been cleaner. At check-in there was some confusion with the keys, and we were given keys to wrong apartments. The view from our units was more toward the parking lot than toward Śnieżka. Another downside was that a gardener began work with a leaf blower at 7 a.m., which woke us up. With more attention to cleanliness, better guest coordination, and improved equipment, this could be a much more enjoyable experience.
