We were met by the owners adult son and oriented to the features of the home. The owner was very responsive. We had a little scare with a family who fell, the owner responded quickly to my late night message and was very kind.

The large garden is exceptional and we appreciated being encouraged to use it freely. The cottage is clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the welcome pack. Steffen and Karen were very accommodating when our flight time changed at the last minute, which was very much appreciated. They provided lots of information about the island, which helped us plan our week, spent exploring the island on foot and by bus. The cottage is conveniently placed for good walks, the bus stop and the local Graciosa is a lovely island to unwind and enjoy the countryside.

The place managed by Karen and Steffen is excatly this what we search and have found. They care about each detail, starting from arrival to Quinta and further to any aspect of the staying. The place is fantastic if you search calm, clean and probably one of the best view from Graciosa Island. There is everything inside the accommodation you could need, including privacy.
