The service at reception was outstanding, with one incredibly kind and helpful individual. We had a parking issue and she truly went above and beyond to assist us. Our room was more like an apartment – spacious, comfortable, with a generous bathroom, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a cozy bedroom. The fireplace was a huge bonus, especially since it was 0 degrees Celsius during our stay. The late checkout approval was also a tremendous help. Highly recommend!

Located in Štrbské Pleso and surrounded by the High Tatras National Park, Apartmany Panorama 10X-90X offers accommodation in private apartment sets in the Panorama Resort complex. Lovely view of mountains. The apartment was a bit old but had everything we needed. The breakfast was downstairs at the hotel and we had an evening meal included in the price which was lovely too. It was close to everything.

Just 300 metres from the Jakubova lúka Ski Centre, this apartment house can be found 1 km from the centre of Starý Smokovec. Great wellness. The hotel is 10 mins by walk from center.

Villa Greystone, een accommodatie met een tuin en een bar, ligt in Starý Smokovec, op 21 km van Štrbské Pleso, 24 km van Treetop Walk Bachledka, en 41 km van Dobsinska-ijsgrot. Villa Greystone is echt een pareltje. Het begint al bij de ontvangst en gaat verder eens je het appartement binnenkomt. Het ontbijt was ook super. Geen automaat voor fruitsappen, maar echt fruitsap. Je kon ook bij het ontbijt iets extra bestellen zonder meerprijs. De wijn in de bar is wel per fles te bestellen maar aan een heel democratische prijs.

Our apartment was super clean, cozy, and well-equipped. We had everything we needed for our six-day stay in High Tatras. The owner was very kind and helpful even prior the trip. I appreciate self check in (all information needed via WhatsApp). Location is great as well- a good starting point for many trips. Totally recommend!
