Would recommend to anyone coming to Chiang Mai!

Everything worked well and we appreciated the open floor plan for the kitchen and living areas. The location is excellent, close to the night bazaar, with many shops in close walking distance. It was also quiet, and protected enough for a family with young children to enjoy.

I didn’t use it all but I did use the washing machine and it has all the racks, washing basket etc to dry everything on the veranda, Paul even supplies complimentary detergent and softener, even has board games if you’re couple or family, a far better option than a hotel. This place really does have it all. It’s so quiet at night as it’s in a residential area but also nice and close to the town with a 7-11 just up the road.
