The place is amazing a lot of time, thought and effort has gone into designing the complex. Breakfast is simple but has everything you need: cereal, toast, fruit, coffee, tea, orange juice, and nice hot soup with rice if you like in a nice communal area for people to meet and mingle, with a lovely little garden waterfall pond area. The staff try their upmost to help you even by using their phone with the translation app. The owners are a lovely couple she is Thai and he is Australian, so if you need anything in English and you can’t sort it out with the staff he will always sort it. We came home late one night and all the fuel garages were shut. Spoke to him and he sent one of the boys down to grab us some fuel so we can get back to a garage, so helpful and she tried to organise us a cab on our first day and she couldn’t get one, so she got in the car and drove us 20 minutes into Jomtien Beach. It’s about 20 minutes out from Jomtien Beach, but it’s all highway/motorway so it’s very easy travelling in and out. If you want to go into Pattaya you can catch a tuk-tuk from Jomtien Beach to Soi 6 Pattaya city for 10 Baht which takes 30 minutes and catch it back from Walking St, Police are everywhere pulling tourists over for drink-driving at night, so be careful as it will cost you 2000 to 4000 baht to be released. The place is a bit of a paradox. It’s located right in the middle of the action, directly on a Songthaew route, so you would naturally expect noise. However, once you enter the compound, it becomes remarkably quiet. The residence sits behind the nearby venues, which makes it exceptionally peaceful. The balconies face an inner courtyard with palm trees and other plants, creating an oasis-like atmosphere. There are also two swimming pools available for guests. I had no issues with bringing in visitors. The rooms are clean, with both soft (Western-style) and hard (Asian-style) beds available. The bathrooms are up to Nordic standards, meaning there’s no need to deal with water heater adjustments. I initially stayed for a couple of nights but ended up extending my stay. The value for money is excellent, and if I visit central Pattaya again, I will definitely book this place again.

Asia's Beach Apartments har bjergudsigt, gratis wi-fi og gratis privat parkering og ligger i Sattahip, 4 minutters gang fra Bang Saray Beach. Very modern and clean. The manager, Mr. Frankie, was so welcoming. We will definitely stay there again.
