We liked the quietness as we were in (2) places at the back of the building. We usually stay in an hotel nearby but as it was full we tried this option and we will hopefully be able to come again. I thought the design of the rooms was well thought out. A super clean bathroom and nice bedroom and comfortable bed.

Guests can relax near the outdoor fireplace at the apartment. Very easy to check in/out, host replied promptly and was very approachable and offered clear instructions. Dark blinds, hot shower and comfortable bed and sofa/bed. Kitchen was modern and well equipped. Flat is super new and well maintained. Avenue was busy (can’t park along it) but not too noisy. Terrace with barbecue was a plus, we loved it! Great for a stay with 2 kids, I’ll definitely come back. Thanks, Alejandro!

First of all, very customer-friendly and caring personnel (Eugenia even delivered to me my charger which I forgot after check-out). On top of it, pleasant neighborhood (mix of apt buildings and nice old-era houses). Quiet streets with charming cafes are scattered all around. Apt itself is in a nice modern residential building with easy touch-key-lock access (especially convenient when you come from the airport at late time). Not to say, about the apt coziness, cleanliness and comfort.
