Our stay couldn’t have been better. We highly recommend Madison Urban Stay. From the very first contact, communication with the team was excellent, and even though we arrived at 3 a.m., we were warmly welcomed with genuine kindness and energy. The hotel offers unlimited bottled water, plus tea and coffee available at all times, which is super convenient. The room was spotless and well organized, and cleaning is done every two days, always leaving everything perfect. The washing and drying machines are excellent, and the kitchen has all the essential items, all new and of great quality. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the curtain is amazing: it completely blocks the light and makes the room cozy and dark. The internet connection is also very good. It only became unstable once during a storm, but the team quickly fixed it. But the real highlight was the massage chair, the reason we chose this room. It was absolutely worth it and made the stay even more incredible. The location is good. The hotel is outside the Old Quarter, so most tours don’t offer pickup directly from there, but you can easily order a Didi, and in about 15 minutes you’ll reach the meeting point. There’s also a market just 100 meters away, as well as several cafés and restaurants within walking distance, which is very convenient. The reception staff are another highlight: always kind, helpful, and very polite. We’ve been nomads for 7 years, and finding accommodations like Madison Urban Stay is rare. They truly made us feel at home, with comfort, care, and attention to every detail during the two weeks we spent there.

G-Apartment & Hotel ligger i Hanoi, 6 minutters gang fra Ho Tay-søen og 1,1 km fra Đền Quán Thánh, og har udsigt til byen og gratis wi-fi. Probably the best place, out of three that I stayed in Vietnam. The only one with actual hot water in the shower actually. Good location by a one of the major lakes.

Central yet quiet location, we walked everywhere from the studio. The chic room and furnishings were new during our visit and included a practical kitchenette. Though the host was not always physically there (it's more of a hybrid between a homestay and Airbnb rather than a hotel), he was quick to reply on WhatsApp and happy to help in whatever way he could.

The stay was very comfortable. All the staff were very helpful and friendly to talk too. The complementary coffees and teas were so great. Specially loved their Egg Coffee which was the best egg coffee I had in vietnam easily and their orange ginger cinnamon tea. Definitely staying here again on our next Hanoi visit.

The studio apartment was very clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. I originally booked for 4 days and extended my stay there for another 9 days. I loved the location, near to West Lake and in a local area, with lots of coffee shops nearby, especially the small one in the same lane as the apartment building. I had coffee there every day. I would very happily stay there next time I am in Ha Noi, and have already recommended it to friends.
