All units in the hotel are equipped with a flat-screen TV and free toiletries. The view was amazing, and the room and bed were both comfortable and clean. I loved the bathroom and the scent of bath amenities.

The location was excellent. Right in downtown Banff. The cabin is clean and comfortable with a good bed. It's not modern or fancy, but the lower price reflects that. I would not hesitate to stay there next time I'm in Banff. Karen, the property manager, is very nice and checked in with me a few times to make sure everything was in order. Much appreciated.

The Banff Boutique Inn is 10 minutes’ drive from the Banff Gondola, which takes guests up the Sulphur Mountain. Cave and Basin is less than 5 minutes’ walk from the inn. All is perfect!! Host, places, people, location, etc...

Fairmont Banff Springs offers a shuttle service to nearby ski resorts including Mount Norquay Ski Village, Sunshine Village Ski Resort and Lake Louise Ski Resort. What is not to like it is iconic, beautifully organized, so much staff to help you. The rooms were beautiful. You don’t have to leave this hotel for the entire weekend. It is that beautiful and accommodating.
