The accomodation is further away from the centre but really close to the monte Bianco gondola and several restaurants and walking distance to the supermarket (about 20 mins). To get to the centre is a 40 min walk which is nice and scenic without bags, but busses are generally easy to use, cheap (€1.10) and get you into town quickly (and take credit card)
