The room and bathroom were great. I slept like an angel after cycling. The b&b is being renovated/enlarged, but the construction work did not in any way interfere with our stay. There was no noise. The breakfast was good, even including cheese and prosciutto toast. The owner was very nice.

The hosts are beyond kind and accommodating and the space is absolutely lovely. Castel di Sangro is a quaint town with fantastic shopping, restaurants and bars. The breakfast at Garni il Contale is not to be missed - the pastries are superb. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely return for another visit.
