It is located right across the street from the city park, which is also beautiful. The B&B is also located less than a block away from many restaurants, bars, Gelateria, etc. The town of Nicolosi is also cute and clean… so, this property fits in perfectly! Ruben was very communicative and a wonderful host during our stay. He even helped us plan our Mount Etna tour/trip, which went so much better than it would have if we had tried to do it on our own. When we come back to Sicily, we plan on staying here again!

Offering free WiFi throughout the property, the non-smoking hotel has a hot tub and evening entertainment. It was a very well designed and managed hotel with a pizza restaurant that makes the best pizzas ever! Be aware that the pizzas are huge! Although the room we were initially placed was not perfectly soundproofed, the hotel manager was able to move us to a different room with a better location and farther from the noise source which pleased us. The breakfast was also great and one of the best we had in Sicilian hotels.

Bike hire and car hire are available at the aparthotel and the area is popular for skiing and cycling. Outdoor play equipment is also available at Il Casale di Monacella, while guests can also relax in the garden. First, the grounds were beautifully manicured and designed! Our daughters spent loads of time sitting in the garden just soaking in the peacefulness next to the very clean, well-maintained pool (which I definitely took advantage of after the long Mt. Etna hike!) that had nice chairs and umbrellas as well. Our unit was on the second floor and had huge front and back patios! Loved having the washing machine and this was a great location to visit Mt. Etna (if you walk to the top of the property you can see it!) Bedroom itself was a little tight with the queen and one twin, and the other the twin bed was actually in the kitchen but my daughter didn't care. Host was lovely and responsive - she made sure to greet us as well as bid us farewell, and of course got us anything that needed restocking straight away. She truly cares about your experience and maintains a beautiful property!

Guests at Dove nasce il Sole B&B will be able to enjoy activities in and around Nicolosi, like skiing, cycling and walking tours. If you would like to discover the area, pub crawls is possible in the surroundings. It was amazing. We were very well welcomed by Giusy and had an amazing night here.

Angela and the family were absolutely amazing, and made sure I would have the best stay. I came by public transport which was challenging enough, and Angela and Gaia were SUPER helpful with helping me booking a wine tasting experience and getting there, and finding a bus back to Catania. The pool have an amazing view, very clean, with great facilities around (sun beds, showers), and they were also generous with staying after check out. Breakfast was also good with great verity. The room was great and clean, even better than the photos. Overall, I highly recommend staying here, and I wish I had more days.
