The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Including helping me find the destination of my car hire company. Our room was large, clean and impeccably presented. The huge bed was incredibly comfortable. Showering and bathing facilities were first class, in the form of a wet room with a decent sized bath Audiovisual equipment worked well.

The room came with the new Toshiba Washer and Dryer. The family room even has a shoes dryer. This hotel is awesome.

Boasting a spa and wellness centre, Hotel Emion Sapporo is situated in Sapporo in the Hokkaido region, 450 metres from Sapporo Station and 13 km from Shin-Sapporo Station. Great hotel! Great room, spatious, cozy and warm during winter time. Close to the station (10min walk, even with the snow, a quick walk). The onsen waa perfect! Spatious and with much space for the shower and all the rules displayed so everyone could follow properly! Annnnd the great part was the breakfast!! O could taste all the Hokkaido special food (and dairy products) in the breakfast and it was everything so so so so perfect! The staff was also very helpful, they texted me when my luggage arrived as I was not at the hotel and so, I did not have to worry about it. Also, there is a direct entrance to the convenience store and this was perfect as in some nights we did not want to leave due to the cold

SAPPORO STREAM HOTEL har en god beliggenhed i Sapporo og har aircondition, et fitnesscenter, gratis wi-fi og en terrasse. Dette hotel med 4 stjerner har en døgnåben reception og bagageopbevaring. Vi boede på 15. sal med udsigt. Værelset var godt indrettet. Der var et vaskeri. God morgenmad og fin morgenmadsrestaurant med god plads.

Nozo Hotel ligger i Furano, 3 km fra Furano Station, og har et fitnesscenter, en terrasse og en restaurant samt gratis privat parkering. Loved everything about the hotel! Location, room, facilities, and the staff. We booked this hotel as base for when we go to the Asahiyama Zoo and all the spots in Biei and Furano. Stayed there with family. So upon check-in, the hotel already exceeded expectations. I love that there were plenty of amenities for everyone-- onsen, gym, kids' room, bike rentals. There were 3 washer-dryers in the hotel too. As for the room, it was spacious and has good layout! Booked a Deluxe King and given a room at the third floor. When you step out of the hotel, there is a soba place nearby ran by a lovely couple. And the view is overlooking the town. I did some night running during our stay and even though there were only a few people, it felt safe. A few blocks away was a Lawson. The breakfast buffet was adequate and had tasty options.

On our check-out day, though it is not included, the owner offered us a lift back to Northern Annupuri, where we took our bus ride back home.
