Great stay with excellent staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Delicious food in the restaurant and the wine + olive oil tasting that was offered was a nice way to meet other guests. We enjoyed using the spa too. The room was as described with plenty of space for a couple.

Second time in Mendoza, second time in this hotel. Amazing place, great activities and rooms, casino, cinema, excursions, restaurants and pool. Great underground parking with special places for guests, completely free. Personal is friendly and kind, gave us a tip how to exchange the money now (there is great exchange rate in casino, but to change dollars or euro you need to buy casino tickets in the cashier desk, then put into slot machine and collect vouchers, that you can exchange for pesos on the cashier).

Fabulous location, right by the square, leafy streets and very good eateries nearby. Very comfortable rooms, efficient staff. appreciated the tv was able to change channel language to English.

Place and Facilities. Most of all, kind and dedicated people in Diplomatic Hotel. Francisco, Conzalo in reception and Luiz in concierge were quite nice and supportive. Especially, supervisor Franco supported me a lot on the check-out date in relation to flight cancellation due to national strike of airport. One of the rememberable hotels in the history of my visit. Quite strongly recommendable.

Everything was reachable with a wheel chair which made it easy for my me and my family. La masia is very nice place and when you arrive you feel like at home. Everything feels very familiar and the people are sooo nice
