It is a fantastic location for the wateralls, we can easliy see the waterfalls from window, and the night show also fantastic. It was quite cold when we were there, but with warm room and nice views, we were so enjoyed for this trip. Hotel is in a good center with many restaurants and entertainments. If we will go next time, will stay there surely.

The front office staff, Mr. Guljit, Ms.Jenny and an Indian (Sikh) young girl were extremely welcoming and helpful. When I requested Mr.Guljit to upgrade us to Fallsview room, he took full interest and allocated us a good room at the required charges. The location of hotel is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the Niagara falls and all main attractions.
