The swimming is one of the best I've seen; big, spacious facing floor-to-ceiling windows. The room we had was really large and comfortable. I usually notice the little details so I was very impressed by the heavy door handles and the doors themselves; solid, heavy, and built right. Breakfast at the Wintergarten was spectacular. The hotel made my first time in Baden-Baden unforgettable. Thank you :)

We really liked the hotel: we had just arrived at the hotel when they offered to park our car in the parking lot, the check-in was very fast and pleasant: we were offered drinks and the room was upgraded. The room was very comfortable, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. A special delight from the breakfasts - everything is very fresh, the menu for every taste. Special thanks to the very friendly waitress Anna for her professionalism. The hotel left a very pleasant impression!

Walking distance to the centrum and very close to the famous Lichtentaler allee. The hotel has a cosy bar and breakfast was very good with many healthy options. The sport facilities are modern and the spa area is nice. Treatment and massages are available upon booking in advance.

Fantastic and very unique hotel, in a very quiet but convenient part of the town. On arrival the receptionist was super helpful with information, and directions. The rooms are very large and have good facilities, very nice decorations & very modern facilities. Breakfast was an excellent huge selection of food and drinks, work very friendly staff serving it. In a lovely breakfast room setting. Fabulous

Room was very good and well furnished with double aspect view over lake and mountain and large balcony. Lift was useful for shifting the luggage. Staff were excellent. Restaurant was also excellent with a varied good quality menu. We will certainly return!
