The gardens and pool area are absolutely amazing. The hotel and room were also very tasteful. Breakfast was also excellent. We had a massage at the spa which was also top class. Incredible value for money! It was like being in a luxury resort in Thailand or Brazil.

The apartment was ideal for a family. There are two bedrooms with wardrobes and two great bathrooms. Everything is new and having a dishwasher and washing machine was very practical. The highlight for me was the private roof terrace. It is a wonderful space to sunbathe and there is a shower for cooling off. Also a great place for watching the sunset and drinking an apéro! The pool is very nice and is open until 10pm. There is also a gym in the residence and an allocated parking space. The beach and restaurants are only a ten minute walk away from the apartment. Kasia met us at the apartment to give us the keys and show us the facilities. She is a lovely lady and very helpful. The communication was excellent throughout our stay and we really appreciated the effort she made to make our holiday extra special.

Hotel Areca offers a free spa with pool. It is 5 minutes’ drive from Alicante Airport and 8.5 km from the beach. Alicante city centre is 20 minutes’ drive from the hotel.

Only 5 minutes from airport and it is very quiet. Very friendly staff. Rooms looked like new. Very modern. Breakfast was very delicious. Lot of choises. The scrambled eggs were very delicious. Good value for money. You can always find some place for your car nearby. Hotel own airport transfer vists 10 eur (taxi is about the same, but hotel had also good car)

The complex facility is very organized and clean, as is the swimming pool. The complex schedule is very well respected(there was a party in the complex one night and looked like things were going to last but at 23h it got really quiet). The apartment is very well designed, two bedrooms with two separate bathrooms, maiking it very easy for a family or a small group. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, we could not find anything that we needed and was not there. Unlike most accomodations, the things people leave sometimes behind here are still there(detergent, etc). The apartment is at the ground floor facing the pool which is perfect, and some swimming toys and few outdoor games can be found in the cabinet on the terrace. The location is very nice. 7 min drive from the Plaja del Campo, a very pretty beach that is not a main attraction. Also a fee minutes drive from the Consum supermarket, where everything is found. Beds are quite comfortable, there is AC in the living room and one bedroom. In short, best equipped apartment we have ever stayed in.

The breakfast was outstanding and the location could not have been more convenient! Our room was spacious and immaculate and the staff made our visit very special, with a welcome drink of cava and recommendations for the best places to visit around the city. A truly lovely place to stay in Alicante!
