There was a wide choice for breakfast (also for vegetarians), including very good coffee. We had a huge beautiful room with 3 windows with the spectacular view of the Plaza de Espana. The room was soundproofed. The hotel is located on Gran Via street with lots of shops, restaurants and theatres and very close to the metro stop. We also visited Rooftop bar and we enjoyed the wonderful view and vibrant atmosphere (it was for free for hotel guests).

Every member of the staff, from receptionists to cleaning staff were really nice and helpful, one the young receptionists in the night shift was really helpful in helping me organise transport, and the cleaning ladies were so nice and available to suit my times! Also there was a little problem with the air con in my room, it did not affect me but I informed the receptionist, who immediately cared to organize to have it fixed and left a complementary bottle of water and box of sweets in my room. I was really impressed by the service!

Breakfast was amazing, room extremely comfortable i would say one of the most comfortable beds i have slept in at a hotel. Location was central walking distance from many of the sites and shopping close by. Great restaurants surrounding. Hotel restaurants were also very good.

The location is very central. We walked to all the attractions. But there are metro stations and bus stations around. We stayed on the first floor, windows facing the busy street, during the weekend, but it wasn’t nosy, the building is well isolated. Beds were comfortable, we slept excelent. It was really clean when we arrived and they cleaned the room daily. They gave us the room a few hours before check in, and kept our luggage after checking out. The staff was very nice, helpful and polite. The room has thermostat so you can set the temperature yourself.
