Location is very convenient for restaurants and shops and the beach. All within 15 minutes walk or less. Private secure parking (otherwise you need to pay for parking all the time) and well equipped. Fully equipped kitchen if you know how to use it, there is a Delonghi Magnifica S coffee machine. The TV in lounge works if you use the "Orange" box. I read the earlier review and was concerned but I can confirm that not as poor as stated. It's a really nice house. Yes, some things need sorting out but all generally fine and better than some other rentals. Read the house instructions to ensure that you do not throw glass in the bins. The concierge service helped dispose of our empty bottles.

Wonderful breakfast. Beautiful room and beautiful, quiet, peaceful area. Patricia gave us excellent advice about what to do in the area and how to plan. She even gave us some free passes. So nice to the have free use of the indoor pool and hot tub. Her daughter runs a very fine restaurant on the property, and eating there was a bonus. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
