I think it was the best place I’ve ever booked in France. Very clean, all rooms are very simple and stylish, beautiful bathrooms, full equipped kitchen. Olivier is an excellent host. We will definitely book it again.

The host are lovely friendly professional and very helpful.Facilities and amenities are fantastic clean and easy to operate. The location is also beautiful but I would recommend driving in this area as there are no public transport and Ubers and taxis are unavailable. Not the owners fault, just a heads up to visitors.

This is truly one of the very best price-quality deals of the many accommodations I have visited in France! Comfy, very quiet and clean! A spacious bathroom and fully equipped kitchen are shared with just a few other guests. The garden is a paradise. The lady of the house is super friendly. Only 10 mins by car to the very interesting town Auxerre. Highly recommendable!
