The staff was very well coming and attentive. They even upgraded our room. The most surprising and pleasant thing was when we got champagne with a cake in the room. We were so moved and excited . I received sad news and had to check out. The staff could not have been kinder. Everything was spotless. Although the hotel was busy, breakfast was well organised and you didn't have to wait to be seated. Fantastic organisation
