The room was absolutely wonderful, very spacious, open and clean. They left a couple nice touches for our arrival: a bottle of Prosecco and some balloons with writing “love”. The kitchen and bathroom were newly renovated, very comfortable and very clean. The jacuzzi inside the room was great and very relaxing - super easy to use. The room is part of Agriturismo Le Ville, which has a great outside pool and nice view of the countryside. It was super quiet and idillic. The windows had mosquito nets so we could keep them open at night. The parking was close by and comfortable to reach. Each room has an outside terrace to enjoy staying outside. The owner Natasha was very kind and gave us great tips for dinner and for some spots to sightsee and was always reachable for question via WhatsApp message. The agriturismo is very easy to reach with Google maps, 20 minutes by car from San Gimignano, 30 minutes from Volterra and 30-45 minutes from Siena. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

The hotel is beautifully located in the center of an old traditional town, where you can find restaurants and cafés close by such as taking wonderful walks around the area. Our superior room was beautiful, spacious, perfectly clean, very well maintained with a heating in the bathroom, which was great for warming up the towels. They also placed a cute water bowl and food bowl for our little dog. All the staff from the reception and also the cleaning ladies were super friendly and we felt very welcomed in the hotel. We could also visit a lot of beautiful cities and nice places around Toscana such as Pisa, Florence , Sienna etc. The free parking in the hotel was very convenient. We also fully enjoyed the spa and could relax perfectly. The only thing we could wish for us to have would be gym, that would be even more awesome! We absolutely recommend this hotel and are grateful for this great experience! :)

The location is marvellous, perfect for a few quiet days to enjoy the pool, the view and some delicious dinners! We mostly planned daytrips to several towns and other attractions in the region and found a great "homebase" at Poggiarello to relax afterwards. We will definetly be back :)

Castello di Casole is a destination hotel - car, taxi or helicopter are the only ways to it. This is part of what makes it great, set in the Tuscan hillside with beautiful landscapes all sides the hotel affords the just under 40 rooms guest a tranquil relaxing place to stay. Service is exceptional, the food is even better. Castello di Casole is not the cheapest hotel by any means but you get what you pay for.
