They called the taxi for me to go to the Memorial Park with no questions asked. The staff are so nice and courteous eventhough some of the guests are so rude.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! While the facilities are a bit dated, they're clean and comfortable—especially the spa, which is exceptional for the price. I even forgot my headphones at the hotel, and the staff went above and beyond to find them and send them to me by mail. Absolutely recommended!

This is a wonderful old-fashioned Japanese style hotel. There are barely any foreign tourists around, so if you are looking for an authentic local experience, this place is a must visit. The private onsens are amazing, but you need to reserve 2-3 weeks in advance.
