Kruger Gate Hotel is a fantastic location right at the entrance to Kruger Park, making it incredibly convenient for wildlife enthusiasts. We took a safari organized by the hotel and were thrilled to see all the animals from the Big Five. The pool is wonderful and offers a stunning view of the river, where we had the unique opportunity to see elephants, antelopes, hippos, and giraffes coming right up to the edge.

With Skukuza Indigenous Plants Nursery reachable in 8.5 km, aha Skukuza Safari Lodge offers accommodation, a restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and a garden.

Comfortable rooms, was lovely to enter into cool air. Swimming pool was a welcome break and breakfast was delicious.

With river views, Lion Sands Narina Lodge is situated in Sabi Sand Game Reserve and has a restaurant, a kids' club, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Service is top notch and food is the best! I loved all my meals there and I stayed there for 3 nights. Breakfast has a huge spread and there’s something different every night for dinner. Huge kudos to Silence and Linda for the best service and meals! Don’t miss the game drives. It’s the best way to see animals in Kruger. The game drives are in Kruger and I got to see leopard, lions and the very elusive wild dogs. Kruger gate is about 20 minutes drive from the lodge (I self drive into the park for my own afternoon drive). Rooms are comfortable and very comfortable beds. You can hear hyenas and lions calling in the middle of the night (although there aren’t any animals on property).

Take in the African plains at Lion Sands Private Game Reserve at the heat of the Sabi Sand Game Reserve.
