It is not open till 11pm next morning on checkout.

Guests can use the spa and wellness centre with a sauna, steam room, and fitness centre, as well as an infinity pool. Everything! Very comfortable rooms, friendly staff and nice views all around. Rooms, saunas and everything else is like in pictures. Additionally we even got a discount card for different activities in the National Park (e. g., entrance to Grossglockner High Alpine road was free of charge for us and so on). 100% recommended! :)

In the hotel lobby, there's a dedicated area for ski and snowboard maintenance, equipped with special waxes, all types of screwdrivers, and an iron for melting the sliding surface. The hotel also offers saunas included in the accommodation price. The staff is very friendly and welcoming!

A solarium is available for a surcharge. Clean and well equipped apartment. Very spacious and clean as well. The stuff was amazing and breakfast was one of the best we had in a long time. Easy garage parking and amazing wellness and spa area made our stay one of a kind. Highly recommended :)

We loved everything: the helpful and nice staff, the cleanliness, the convenience of a garage as well as the infinity pool. Also, breakfast was very diverse and tasty.

The 120 m² spa area features a Finnish sauna, sanarium, and steam bath. The sauna has access to a garden where guests can walk on different surfaces. A ski storage room and free private parking are also available. Good view, fantastic location as we wanted to explore the mountains. Great food and hospitalty.

The Acquapura Spa includes an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a sauna area, a private spa, a fitness area, and relaxation rooms. We had a fantastic stay at Falkensteiner in Schladming. The hotel looks even better in person than in the photos. The wellness area is amazing, and the food with our half board exceeded all expectations. Really amazing breakfast selection! Every staff member was extremely polite and helpful. A special highlight was the Herbstcard, which gave us free access to the cable car and several local attractions. Highly recommended!

Family-run for over 300 years, Gasthof Post in Rennweg is just off the A10 motorway and a 5-minute drive from the Katschberg Ski Area. It offers a sauna, steam bath, and free Wi-Fi. The restaurant serves traditional Austrian and Carinthian cuisine. Clean, nicely renovated and very friendly staff.

During the refurbishments from mid-March 2026 to mid-October 2026, you can still stay at our hotel - albeit with limited availability of certain areas, and, at times, the SPA Water & Sauna world.* Our usual services is guaranteed and you can rest assured that every detail is designed to prioritise relaxation and comfort. The location is fantastic with lots of activities to do especially when traveling with a toddler. The SPA wonderland area is great and my daughter enjoyed her first swim.
