Guestrooms provide free Wi-Fi access and cable TV. The hotel is very good and modern. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The food is delicious. The staff are kind and very helpful. Free parking available in the garage of the hotel. There is a headed pool and spa. The location is great, near the ski area and the center of the place. Highly recommend.

Very descent buffet breakfast and dinner. There’s an all day restaurant and drinks area with large windows facing the skiers and the beautiful mountains. Walkable distance to the center of Borovets. The room was spotless clean so was the bathroom!!! There is a mini bar and a coffee kettle in the room. I had a very relaxing massage and there is a sauna and a steam bath available. Very polite personnel at the restaurant!

The property was clean, very modern, very comfortable and much larger than the pictures show. The apartment had everything you could possibly need even having USB and English plug sockets. Couldn’t recommend this property more. The sofa bed was made up as a bed for my son and was very comfortable and is a double. Being able to keep our ski equipment in the entrance hall area to the apartment even with a heated floor made getting ready in the mornings a breeze.
