From the moment we arrived, the attentive staff ensured every aspect of our stay was flawless. Jamila was exceptionally helpful. We are also very thankful to Fatima and all other staff. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection, from made-to-order omelets to freshly baked pastries, catering to every palate. The pool area is a beautiful place to relax featuring an amazing pool with breathtaking views. We also celebrated the NYE at the hotel’s ballroom, it was a fun party that we enjoyed greatly! In summary, our stay was an unforgettable experience, defined by luxury, impeccable service, and attention to detail. This hotel sets the benchmark for hospitality, and I eagerly anticipate my next visit.

The service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. A special shoutout to Ali at the front desk — he was the MVP! He helped us change our rooms and made the check-in process seamless and stress-free. 🙏🏼 The staff at the beach, pool, and restaurant were also wonderful — especially with our baby. They went out of their way to make things easier for us and showed such warmth and care. 😍

The hotel was clean and tidy and was highly recommended by Ibtihal. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to meet her during our stay, but she followed up on every single detail of our experience. The hotel is truly lucky to have a staff member like her. The terrace view was awesome, and I’m looking forward to the shisha, as they informed me it will be available soon. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center. I initially planned to stay for just one day, but ended up extending my stay to almost five nights. Thank you to everyone who made my stay memorable. I will definitely be back soon.
