Enjoy breathtaking views of the Pacific and rainforest from our pet-friendly suites, featuring plush king beds, spa-inspired bathrooms, gas fireplaces, and private balconies. Rejuvenate in outdoor hot tubs or the ocean view plunge pool, and stay active in our 24-hour fitness centre. I planned to Stay in a house or Cabin, not a Complex, but Black Rock beat me. Unbelievable View and You feel full privacy in a huge Complex. We had a trail Studio, with full amenities (full kitchen and kitchenettes ) and it has a great view from the room. super Calm and quiet. Helpfull staff. Never forget our stay , highly recommended.

Overlooking Victoria’s beautiful Inner Harbour, this historic hotel features extensive spa treatments and a selection of on-site restaurants. The Royal British Columbia Museum is 5 minutes' walk away.

Guests can admire the Victorian architecture and stained glass ceiling of the lobby or swim in the indoor pool. Willow Stream Spa includes a sauna, hot tub and fitness centre. I stayed 5 days at the Fairmont Empress and was deeply impressed. The hotel itself is stunning, with a timeless elegance, and its location in the heart of Victoria is unbeatable. But what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional kindness and support of the Gold Concierge Team and the Lounge staff. They went above and beyond to help me navigate a difficult medical situation with compassion and care. Their warmth and attentiveness brought comfort during a challenging time, and I’ll always be grateful for that. Thank you for making my stay not just beautiful, but truly meaningful.

One of Vancouver Island’s most comfortable and welcoming stay experiences, the Old House Hotel has it all: location; spacious, individually designed suites; inviting amenities such as kitchenettes and fireplaces; full-service spa; Locals Restaurant four-star dining experience; and “boutiquey” extras. It was fabulous, staff were amazing and the apartment was exceptional. One of our favourite places to stay on our trip to Canada
