Located directly on the shore of Lake Maggiore, a private bathing beach, the jetty with its own marina and garden, guest rooms and suites. The location was perfect right on the waters edge. The room was huge and had a small balcony which was very nice to sit out on.

Det 5-stjernede Grand Hotel Villa Castagnola ligger i en privat subtropisk park ved ​Luganosøen, i gåafstand fra den gamle bydel i Lugano. Beautiful location right across from the lake. Outside the front door was the incline to Monte Bre which was extremely convenient with stunning views!
