Alma Hotel - Boutique hideaway by the lake with rooftop and ladies-only wellness enjoys a quiet location in a 19th-century building just 100 metres from Lake Zurich and near several tram and bus... Very cozy and stylish hotel, the room was spacious with all amenities, modern and cozy. The breakfast room is very nice, it feels like you are at home. The breakfast was varied and delicious, everything you need for a good start to the day. The staff were nice and friendly. We often come to Zurich to visit our daughter's family and from now on Alma Hotel will be our hotel in Zurich.

Located in Zürich, a 3-minute walk away from Oerlikon Train Station and 900 metres from Messe Zurich, Acasa Suites Zurich Oerlikon provides accommodation with a fitness centre, free WIFI and private... Everything was great. Very polite receptionists. The spa area was also nice and clean.

FIVE Zurich - Luxury City Resort has a restaurant, free bikes, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and fitness centre in Zürich. The location was up the mountains so the view was awesome. I would go there each and every time especially after seeing other hotels. The guest service were great, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Again honestly it is a location and the surrounded view worth the money.

Set on the car-free Uetliberg mountain, surrounded by nature and hiking paths, the award-winning Hotel UTO KULM car-free hideaway in Zurich presents a stylish design with a sauna area and unique views... This hotel is a great 4 star. It is not anywhere near Zurich. I booked it by mistake but I was offered a discount. Getting to the hotel was hell. They have a temporary buses to get there. Do not trust Google map. Go to the tourist office and get the detail steps to get there. Something missing in Switzerland is the signs. We couldn't locate The EV1 bus stop and walked a mile rolling our luggage. Finally, when you get to Utelberg, Google says walk 8 minutes. No, it was a 30 minutes uphill walk with our luggage. We were exhausted. Here is a tip- call the hotel and they will transport your luggage. The big fuss is that this is a no car zone. So, no taxi no Uber. We stayed here 2 nights- our beginning of our 8 days in Switzerland. I came here to ride the Swiss trains. It was my dream to ride trains. I enjoyed the trains so much.

Their ability to anticipate rather than merely react to guest needs demonstrated the superior service culture he has established. A particular incident stands out: when a fellow guest accidentally left their iPad before a same-day flight, Mr. Mahakumara personally arranged international shipping to America. This level of attentive problem-solving exemplifies his commitment to guest satisfaction. Having experienced luxury hotels worldwide, the environment Mr. Mahakumara has created is truly distinctive. He achieves the perfect balance of five-star service while maintaining an atmosphere of genuine warmth.
