Offering Bed & Breakfast and Full-board, Hotel Río Serrano + Spa is in Torres del Paine. There is an on-site restaurant and a garden overlooking the Paine Massif. A buffet breakfast is served daily. It was an incredible spot. A splurge for a superior room had us directly facing the Massif with a stunning view. All of the staff throughout the hotel were fabulous....particularly server Bernadita and bartender Paula. We booked full board and did not regret it. A terrific range of cocktails, wine and fantastic food from appetizers to entrees to desserts. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Options for dining room, bistro or dining in your room were all available. There is a beautiful indoor pool, sauna and fitness room for use and spa services for additional cost. Special touch is lamb on a spit done many of the weekdays and available for tasting. A truly special place that exceeded our expectations!!

Hotel FioFio SPA ligger i Puerto Williams. Hotellet har gratis wi-fi samt gratis privat parkering. Beautiful hotel, rooms and bathrooms perfect. kind and considerate host Maurice. When our transfer to the airport would be late he drove us there himself. The cute café open fro. 4-7 pm serves delicious food.

Everything! Personalized service was unbelievable but at the same time there was the ability to be invisible if one preferred. Every meal including afternoon tea was beyond description along with the meal service.

Cabañas Avenida España ligger i Punta Arenas. Der er gratis wi-fi overalt. The apartment is modern, clean and cosy. Staff were very friendly and available via WhatsApp if you have any questions. Although the staff didn’t speak English we communicated through WhatsApp and Google translate. Owner’s dogs are very friendly too on entry to the front yard. Bedding, towels, tea, coffee and toiletries were in the apartment. Punta Arenas is a great city, having European and American influences. There are plenty of places to shop, including duty free shops in the shopping malls. I was visiting family but I felt safe walking around on my own. The people are friendly in cafes, restaurants and shops with some staff speaking limited English.

The guided treks and walks were interesting and we saw so many amazing animals, birds and landscapes. The riding excursion on the ranch with a gaucho was a highlight. Each and every member of staff were friendly and helpful. An unforgettable stay.

Not 5 star (regarding rooms) but tries to be, which is okay because you are there for a hiking/outdoor experience, not a glamourous pampering. Small mistakes here and there, but staff always worked to resolve in my favor. Purchased horseback riding (twice) - great time, but horses so well trained; if been on horse once before, then consider yourself an expert. Dinners were extremely good. All staff every accommodating. In 3 days, no problems unresolved. Only negative would be King beds are really 2 double beds pushed together. Stayed 1 night at Hotel Lago Gray (for convenience to Cat) and this place much better.
