The beds are spacious and comfortable, the staff is super friendly and the guest experiences team is incredible!

Very very kind people, we got a welcome cocktail, they are open to help in everything. Lift is available. The spa is very good and the breakfast also very very good. The rooms are clean and nice. They help you with everything you need. They helped us with early check in and late check out, no charge. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. It is very close to downtown but far enough to avoid all the crowds. It is also very cute, nice colours, well maintained and they try to fill all your requests. Valeria is the best host.

The staff are so kind, friendly, and helpful. The property is stunning with all of the amenities and beyond: jacuzzi, pool, sauna, bonfire area, multiple decks to relax or sunbathe. The restaurant had a great variety celebrating local ingredients and dishes. It is located 15 min from Guatape, which makes it a nice peaceful getaway. Transport can be easily arranged to explore. Will definitely stay here when I have the next opportunity.
