The friendly welcome, the facilities and comfort at Les Treilles de Salies were all excellent. The breakfast was also excellent, and full of home made items. The location was also excellent, being only a short walking distance from the town centre. All in all an excellent stay, albeit unfortunately only for one night. We can recommend, without hesitation.

What a lovely place ! It is so close to the city of Pau but here you have a feeling like you are in Hawaii or somewhere in Brazil !! Also if you can book a massage ; my wife and I have quit some experiences with massages, some were good, some were commercial and very bad... Here the massages are of the best one can hope for !!

Stedet er bedst til dem, der ønsker et lille refugium, dog kun 1 km fra smukke Domme og 5-10 km til byer som Roque-Gageau og skønne Sarlat-la-Canéda.

This place is stunning old world charm. Absolutely beautiful inside. Huge rooms, modern bathrooms. The host offers to create a memorable dinner at additional cost which we gladly signed up for. Breakfast is included. There is an outdoor pool, a spa and sauna as well. Garden seating, so one can sit and read while petting Leah the border collie. Our host, Michael, with his son Valentin and wife Sandra assisting created what can only be described as a 5 star dining experience. It costs extra, but more than worth it. - Appetizer prawn in a crema. Amazing sauce accompanied by 47 monkeys gin (liqueur like) - Foie gras 3 ways, accompanied by Coueur de Bois Maple Whiskey (liqueur like). Sel de Chateau on foie gras. - Duck legs, meat melted off the bone. Roasted potatoes. Ratatouille- to die for. Accompanied by Assemblage - french Whiskey - Cheese board.8 Goat cheese 4 ways. Camembert. Truffle cheese. Roquefort. Blue cheese. - Chocolate beads with wine. Chocolate mousse. Then rum. Then 40%, 64%. 66%. 70%. Finish with 85% then 100%. Chased with Belvoye french whiskey Food is ❤️ love! We are definitely coming back soon.

From the gorgeous views of the vineyards at the back of the property, to the beautiful pool, to the gardens filled with sweet smelling lavender, to the amazing interior and rooms. The hosts are absolutely amazing and kind. Breakfast was delicious. I can’t wait to come back and highly recommend.
