This 5-star design hotel is set in a quiet tree-lined boulevard in a residential area in the heart of Genoa, a 10-minute walk from the main shopping street XX Settembre and city centre. Incredible stay! The staff were kind and attentive, the room was spacious and clean. The food delicious and the relaxation area/gym were equipped for our needs. We would 100% come stay again and would wholeheartedly recommend.

Set in over 16000 m² of tropical gardens, this luxury hotel is set on the seafront promenade, a 5-minute walk from Sanremo Casino. It features a modern spa and outdoor pool with large sun terrace. The hotel has a great location and the facilities are excellent. We did not dine in the hotel but the bar is great. Breakfasts are superb. The best thing about the property is the staff - they are friendly, helpful and there are so many of them! This is a beautiful traditional hotel where service is excellent and the grandeur impressive. If you like marble and columns old fashioned luxury and to be cossetted - then this is the place for you...

Amazing classical art, has a sense of history about it. It was my wife’s birthday and when we arrived the staff had already upgraded us and our room was stunning. All the staff could not have done more to make us feel welcome and valued. Thank you!

Hosts are fantastic, helpful with everything from directions, showing how to use automated entry doors, handling luggage, restaurants and organized beach suggestion all within a few hundred feet in front of property, and driving rental car to Remia’s enclosed/locking gate parking spot. Felt very safe and secure throughout 4 night stay.

Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. What truly set this hotel apart was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, warm, and went above and beyond to make our stay feel like home. A special shoutout to Simone, who was an absolute star! He organized a boat charter for us, which turned out to be the highlight of our trip—swimming in the crystal waters of Portofino and visiting the breathtaking sunken statue of Jesus of the Abyss was an unforgettable experience. The hotel also impressed us with their attention to detail, even ensuring our electric car was fully charged and ready to go. In an area where finding a high-quality hotel with exceptional service can be challenging, Capitolo Riviera is a true standout. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! She provides breakfast on the beautiful terrace each morning with food fresh from the farm, you can try their wine. If she offers you dinner you should definitely take it - it’s the best food we’ve had in Italy so far. It’s also served in a beautiful glass house on the terrace which is completely stunning and has amazing views (I actually think it would be ideal for a small wedding). The rooms are lovely too! And there is an outdoor bar area, bowls, a pool, the terrace. We wish we had stayed for an extra day so we could spend another day just chilling here.
