The staff went above and beyond everyday of my stay. They spoke in English and Italian (and of course German). They helped with directions and ordering a taxi. The property and the hosts were amazing. Perfect location, only 7 min drive to Merano. Waking up with the view of the snowy mountains was wonderful as you’re so cozy in a very comfortable and clean room. The best part of our stay in my opinion was the breakfast. Amazing breakfast spread with the Mountain View.
