A very beautiful place that combines the classic and the rustic styles. We like everything. The rooms were comfortable. The pool and the kid’s area were nice. The breakfast was very nice. I also enjoyed the Spa and the massage. The staff is very friendly. Even though the hotel is close to a highway, you barely hear the noise as the overall experience is fantastic. We hope to come back soon!

Absolutely stunning place, beautiful scenery. Staff were mostly lovely. Spa was gorgeous. We did a long stunning walk to the nearby village of Torreniari (14km in total).. we were going to take the ebikes but then it was a bit rainy. Eating dinner overlooking the sunset and majestic scenery was amazing. We loved our room and it looked exactly like in the picture (we had the upgraded room with the 4 poster bed) - huge and beautiful. We will definitely go back when it's hot so we can use the pool and outdoor area more!.

We had a wonderful stay at Arts Club Suite & Spa. The interior of the hotel was beautiful and very atmospheric, with a stylish and elegant decor. We stayed in a two-room apartment with an incredible view and two large balconies, where we could relax and enjoy the breathtaking landscape. The apartment was clean and spacious, featuring private bathroom, two fridges and a small kitchen with coffee express (if there is a need for glasses or cutlery you need to ask at the reception). We were warmly welcomed, and Cristina, the host, made sure we had everything we needed and felt at ease. She also recommended some great local restaurants and even offered to make reservations for us. The hotel features a lovely spa with a jacuzzi and sauna, which was available exclusively to us for 50 minutes each day. It was a great way to unwind and relax, though you need to book your time with the staff in advance. The atmosphere was perfect. We felt well cared for, but the service was never intrusive. It was a great place to rest, recharge, and explore the beautiful countryside. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful escape from the busy city, a relaxing spa experience, and a chance to explore the stunning Tuscany region.

Our family of four booked a family suite. The environment was very nice, the facilities were excellent, and my two daughters loved the swimming pool. The breakfast and dinner were also excellent. The service was attentive and friendly. We also went to visit their winery. It was a very good experience. I definitely recommend this hotel.
