I must say, I am thoroughly impressed! The checked in process was incredibly quick and efficient. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the lovely dinner they hosted for guests. It was a delightful experience, showcasing not only great food but also a warm atmosphere that made it feel special. Overall, the helpfulness and courtesy of the staff stood out to us, making our stay even more enjoyable. I believe this hotel truly deserves a high rating for its excellent service and hospitality. I can't wait to return! Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay! The room in Nagomi floor was spacious , it has its own lounge area where you can drink coffee and soft drinks anytime, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the spa services were top-notch. There are 2 kinds of public spa which both are very relaxing. We stayed there for anniversary celebration, I asked for a whole cake and flower for a surprise and it came with a gift for the celebrants. Thank you so much . Breakfast was delicious.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel adventure!

It was the best relaxing experience we have ever had. Beautiful ocean view from the room and also from the open bath. You can hear the sound of waves, birds,etc. Exceptional experience. Dinner and breakfast were also exceptional.
