The half board meals are extremely generous. I could not eat all the Wagyu beef. Everything worked like in a dream. Will come back every year now.

Located in central Sendai just a 3-minute walk from JR Sendai Train Station, Hotel Monterey Sendai features free broadband internet, 3 dining options and a spa with natural hot springs. The spa was really great for casual baths. The cold spa wasn't freezing but cold enough to feel get the shivers, the baths were hot enough to stimulate the skin, the sauna was spacious enough. The free beer token and after-bath accommodations were the cherry on top. I'm very appreciative of my stay in Sendai and I think a good amount of that is because of this hotel.

APA Hotel Sendai-eki Itsutsubashi is conveniently located a 2-minute walk from Itsutsubashi Subway Station. The staff was great and very nice, the family mart at the bottom was super convenient, the bed was more comfortable than I imagined, the tv remote did have an option to change to English for a couple of the channels, sound proofing from the train was surprisingly good considering how close we were.
