Guests also enjoy access to the indoor pool and fitness centre, as well as the sauna and hot tub. The property is very modern and relatively new. However, I was impressed by the level of thought that went into every facet of our stay, from the room's views to the design touches, furnishings, and standard amenities. The food in general was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was especially exceptional. There was a variety of Japanese, Chinese, and Continental/American style items, but the quality of the local Hokkaido produce and ingredients put it over the top. We ate at two restaurants, an Italian and Japanese grill, as well as the Lobby dining area. All three were fantastic. Their pool and Onsen were modern, spotless, and had plenty of towels (a pet peeve). The service was remarkable as well. Any issues we encountered were dealt with immediately and without any pushback.

An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including skiing, golfing and hiking. Service was absolutely amazing ! team at ki niseko was professional and did an amazing job in making the stay phenomenal ! I particularly liked the fact that we were picked up at the Hirafu welcome centre upon getting off the chuo bus. I also really appreciated the fact that I could leave my skis with the ski team at the hotel upon finishing my last ski day rather than having to return them to the shop my self. Also , you can store your ski equipment with the team every night and pick them up in the morning. Hotel located a few steps below hirafu ski resort was excellent. Onsen was also class. Enjoyed my stay very much !

Food is great both at dinner and breakfast. Our impressed story is that When I moved to next hotel in Sapporo next day, I realized I forgot some of my clothes at the hotel. I message the the hotel : they managed quickly to arrange for deliver those to my new hotel and even phone contact to our hotel for the arrangement. I am very impressed in their hospitality and professional , I have already received the cloths 2 days later. Recommended this onsen !

Absolutely stellar ski resort. It was my first time in niseko for skiing, though I came too early for the snow and the ski lifts weren’t open yet, the service in muwa was excellent, they gave us suggestions on places we could go - Andy, Jed, Alvin, were the few guest supervisors we met, lovely lovely people. Andy helped with finding out which ski lifts were open and Alvin suggested places for us to go if they were closed. It was also my husband’s birthday, they have selections of flowers and cakes to choose from.
Valet parking is 3000 yen, service is top notch. I suppose you can park outside at the welcome center too but I’m not sure about payment during peak seasons. There’s a shuttle transportation within 5km radius. Jed suggested a few bars for us as well.
Breakfast changes every day. From Italian menu to Japanese menu to buffet on some days.
Private bath with the infinity and the rotenburo. We chose rotenburo, excellent view of mt yotei. Better in my opinion, it’s more Japanesey compared to the infinity one. You gotta book with the reception. Payment can be done during check out.
Absolutely worth the money. Will definitely be coming back next season

A tour desk, ski pass vendor and ski storage can also be found on site. Guest can also take part in the hotel's ski school. Excellent little Inn. Dave and his wife are very hospitable. There rooms are clean and comfy, and relatively big (by Japanese standards). The onsite onsen is amazing. Breakfast was pretty good - not great, but filling and tasty. Dave runs a shuttle to and from the resort, and nearby restaurants in the evening. Overall, we’d happily stay here again.

The pods themselves are very nice and spacious. You can stand in them and you have a little table. The onsen bath is generous and relaxing. There is a convenience store right outside the accomodation.
Pool table, option for bar and other chill spaces were great. Really comfortable beds. Breakfast was great and being able to order a meal was great. Bus options Great as well
We liked so many things about this place: The room was spacious and very clean. We had a wonderful view of Mt Yotei. Hotel has a public onsen which was never occupied when we went there. The breakfast was top notch: i don’t understand people complaining about the food not being appropriate for western people. You are visiting another country, why would you want to eat the very same food you eat at home? It was beautifully composed and nearly all of it was also really delicious. There is a free shuttle to the slopes and back to the hotel.
Location was superb - ski in ski out. Ski room concierge would clean & store our skis & boots ready for the next day, then get them out ready to use. Breakfast buffet was ample with both Japanese & western foods. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Organised our transfers to & from the Welcome Centre & Kutchan train station. Shuttle bus around the area every hour was very helpful. The onsen was invaluable after a days skiing along with the private onsen to relax in with just your partner.
The rooms were super spacious and very well organised, with everything you need. The breakfast is good. The onsen is great for after a long day of skiing. And the setting is beautiful!
The unobstructed view of Mt Yotei and spacious, relaxing accomodation.
Conveniently located, spacious room, decent breakfast, friendly staff
The house is a typical place that i can stay all day long, the location is quiet, space is huge, the house is so clean and warm, I liked to made my own breakfast in early morning eating with the awesome view in front of me. so relax in the house.
the staffs are very friendly. the onsen is great! there is massage service in the hotel that helps you to relax after ski. the rooms are clean and tidy, very spacious.
