We loved our stay here. Location is great, an easy walk from the train station, and lots of food options around. (We loved Nonohana (ののはな), an izakaya just around the corner. We sat at the bar and had a great time chatting with some of the regulars - the food here is delicious and very affordable.) The hotel has an awesome natural hot spring, including an open air one, so I bathed while watching the snow fall - it was pretty magical. Then they offer free ice creams, a manga library, and free massage chairs - it doesn't get much better. The buffet breakfast was expensive but we had a lot of fun trying different dishes - this is a great way to try the famous Aomori apple if you're in a rush. We had apple juice, apple pie and apple jelly!

Onyado Nono Sendai Natural Hot Spring har en god beliggenhed i Aoba Ward-distriktet i Sendai. The Breakfast was very excellent! we are very enjoying stay in here. The location was good. The room was clean and comfort. overall was good. kids very enjoyed hotspring! and free ice cream after hotspring was made them happy! Thankyou.

The location is convenient as it is attached to Aomori train station (which was very helpful as I did not get wet in the rain/snow!), with nearby department store, shops and restaurants. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations, aesthetically it was beautiful, spacious and a delightful place to stay. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to help me (including via a translator app when needed). The breakfast was amazing, one of my favourite I have ever had at a hotel. The hotel amenities such as the onsen and the lounge with free evening beverages were a treat. If you get a chance to book dinner (need 24 hours notice) it will not disappoint!

The all-inclusive format is amazing. It felt like an immersive experience into Japanese culture and customs. The dinner was amazing and we truly enjoyed it. The possibility to use a private onsen was special.

A really great place to chill for a couple of days and get a feel for true Japanese culture. The hotel is in a great spot, really quiet and peaceful. Really enjoyed the private bath areas so we could just relax. Also the masseuse on the 6th floor is really really good...
