Everything was awesome . Staff was so polite and nice. I don’t know the name but an old man staff near the lounge was so polite and helpful. The free lounge and pool and onsen was so so so good . Dinner and breakfast was also very nice and 5star quality food and drinks. Parking is very spacious and free. Wheelchair ♿️ person can also enjoy the hotel . Best part is you can use digital payment also like PayPay and merpay , credit card . No ❌cash payment is accepted. Toilet was clean and reception is very big .

The hotel guests share the hot spring and also the meals at the nearby Sansuikan Kawayu Midori. The buffet dinner and breakfast are fantastic! Open air hot spring is by the river which is extremely unique!
