New Blue Home ligt in Ella en biedt een terras en een gemeenschappelijke lounge. De accommodatie is gebouwd in 2016 en ligt op 11 minuten lopen van de Negenbogenbrug van Demodara. I checked more than 20 options in Ella before choosing New Blue Home, and honestly, I think it was my best choice so far out of all the places we stayed in Sri Lanka. The location is perfect — close to the town center where all the dining places are, but still in a quiet neighborhood. It’s also just a short walk to the Nine Arch Bridge, which was super convenient. The biggest highlight for us was Shirley. He was extremely nice and helpful, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. He helped with anything we needed, gave us great advice about places to visit and the best times to go, and even arranged transport so we could see several spots in one day and make the most of our time. Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and every morning Shirley made us a tasty breakfast, served on the terrace with a lovely mountain view. I would highly recommend this place for your choice. If we ever come back to Ella, we’ll definitely stay here again.

The Cozy forest Ella is a brand new place, very clean, modern, with all the facilities. The place is quiet, and the family is very nice and warm people. They received me with tea and biscuits and I had alsso the chance to test the best delicious Sri Lankan home made food. Don't miss this experience ! I received assistance to visit the touristic places in the city, from the first till the last minute. 100% recommended !!!

The room is very nice and the beds and blankets were very comfortable. A short walk from the main street, and nice and quiet at night. There is a comfortable outdoor sitting with a beautiful view, and the tea was delicious. The host was kind and accommodating. I would highly recommend this homestay, and would like to come back.

Ahh, this is possibly the first time I am giving any accommodation in this platform a genuine 10/10! A lovely place with a beautiful view, kind-hearted hosts and delicious breakfast. Our room was clean and tidy, and the furniture looked all new. There was a little terrace in front of our room where we could enjoy our breakfast in the morning and chill in the evenings. The hosts were extra helpful and even washed our clothes for us (for a small fee). The hotel is located on the hill that allows for nice walks around and there are also some good places to enjoy nice local food. We only stayed two nights but enjoyed our stay here to the fullest.
