The swim up pool bar on the rooftop was a nice surprise. Had the best view. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Great location to walk to many different things. So happy with our stay

The best hotel employees I've come across, every greet & service was with a genuine smile, professional, friendly, and perfect English. Proper breakfast. Great interior and is clean everywhere. Both swimming pools are pleasant. The spa & gym area is neat. The extra safety door lock, so they can't just open the door from the outside when you're in your room. Perfect location; you can shop, rent a car/scooter, many restaurants, a boba tea shop, out for a dance or drinks, all within a 1 km radius. And you are not going to be bothered by this lively and safe area when you're in the hotel (noise). Beautiful view from the rooftop or when your room is on a high floor (ours was on the 10th, which was the highest for the rooms). The extra attention I got on my birthday from all employees made me feel very special. Thank you, Valentina (concierge), Markus & John (front desk), Julian & Viktor (doorman), Anamika (housekeeping lady), and all the bars, restaurant, and spa area employees for making our stay extra special, we appreciate you!

Fantastic Breakfast. Quiet place and very good to sleep. Outdoor pool and sunbeds. Indoor pool and spa centre. Happy hour drinks, buy 1, get 1. Staff is very friendly.

Where do I even start...Staff was one of the friendliest we ever encountered. We received a welcome bottle of champagne, even some fruit on another day, the rooms were made and checked twice per day, and immaculate. The rooftop pool had a fantastic view, and the restaurant there serves delicious food. If you stay during the hot weather as we did, we highly recommend a late night dip as the pool was open until 23 h. All facilities are free to use before/after check in/out, and again, staff is wonderful. The only thing we were disappointed about was breakfast as it was not on the same level as all other services...and then on the 2nd day we were asked to fill out the questionnaire on what we think about the breakfast and what would we change. I must say that we were highly impressed to see that they actually listened to those suggestions, and breakfast was from then on amazing as well. We highly recommend this hotel.
