Very nice and friendly staff - they explained all details of arrival in advance, sent me a google maps link and met me near the car entrance with a parking card. It was very easy to find the property and to check in. A great location! Really great. Just 10 min drive from the airport. You live just in a large mall with plenty of restaurants and shops. A good supermarket just a few steps from your room. Walking distance to the seafront promenade. A great place to meet a sunset and to have a dinner by the sea.

Didnt take the breakfast in my package. The location is very good as it above Imago. Easy accessible to Grab too. The room is new and clean. the facilities provided are all excellent, A-class facilities like the new kettle as well as the dyson hairdryer. Water was given everyday as well as the pantry refill.

The property is non-smoking and is set 6.8 km from Sabah State Museum & Heritage Village. I have been travelling for 3 years and this place was exceptional and probably the nicest place I’ve stayed. The rooms and whole place is beautifully decorated and the hotel sits amongst a spa. They also have a restaurant attached. The place is family run and you could really tell how much thought and effort everyone put into making the place what it is! Everything is perfect. Although it is located a bit further out the city don’t let it put you off because you feel like you are in paradise inside. I got a massage done, which included a sit down with the doctor to tailor the massage to my health and wellbeing :) Staff are amazing and really kind too. A big thank you to all the staff for making it an amazing stay and especially to Fara for all your help :)

The pool was great and lunch restaurant there was too. Staff unbelievably service minded and helpful. It is far from the city which we really appreciated. There is a huge beach and even a nature reserve in the hotel. They provide a lot of activities such as fireflies watching, horse riding, water sports, evening performance etc. There is a choice of several restaurants in the hotel. The buffet breakfast is great and the sunsets are breathtaking. We enjoyed both pools and our kids loved the bath tub on the balcony. We didn't mind aging furniture because the room was comfortable.
