The room was very pretty and very comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor space with the hot tub and fireplace one evening since the weather was so pleasant. The walk into town takes about 10 minutes but it's a lovely walk and the neighborhood is beautiful with many nice homes and yards.

Rooms were super clean and comfy. The food at the lodge restaurant was excellent. The staff members (all of them) were truly exceptional. Welcoming, kind, and thoughtful people. The evening wine tasting was superb. Our host was engaging and very knowledgeable about all of the wines from the region. She made us feel welcome.

Nestled within 650 acres of breathtaking Central Otago countryside, Millbrook Resort is a five-star retreat where luxury, relaxation and adventure come together. The suite was spacious and had fantastic views of the mountains and grounds. The Mini bar supplies were very good and red wine was delicious at a reasonable price. The shuttle bus to Arrowtown was very useful. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was superb with plenty of choice. The meal in the Millhouse was gorgeous. A fantastic place to stay.
