Kepler Oaks Chalet ligt in Te Anau in de regio Southland, op 5,6 km van Te Anau Glow Worm Caves en biedt gratis WiFi, een speeltuin, gratis fietsen en gratis privéparkeren. Helen and David are very nice and helpful. The chalet is clean and nice. There are sheep, alpaca, rabbit and chickens just front of the chalet. Kids can feed the animals, play soccers on the field. There is even a complementary pony ride for the kids. It is super good! There is one small issue for the water, which can be fixed by switching it off and on outside the toilet.

Cabot Lodge - Fiordland National Park is gelegen in Manapouri met uitzicht op de bergen en heeft een restaurant, een gedeelde keuken, bar, tuin en terras. This place is perfect in so many ways. Host meeting you on arrival - staff appear whether you wander out of your room and ask if they can assist. Amazing service. Every member of the team was perfectly polite, engaging, and responsive. They will organise anything that you want - trips across the surrounding area. One couple had a helicopter trip and it literally landed on the lawn of the place. That is defeintly the way to end a long day! Location - stunning is the word you will probably read most about this place. And it actually is. Room - we had the room with the terrace - I would book this again - as you walk straight out from your room into a courtyard which is in the shade and sun in the afternoon. This is an all-inclusive accommodation - it has to be as it is a trek from the local towns. The food was extremely good. It was never too much or too little the chief has got the balance right. At the end of the trip I left items in the room (very annoyed with myself) the owner looked after them and made sure we got them back. Everything was amazing
